Quality control

Two important factors will effect spring’s quality obviously,the first one material,the second one production

processes,our quality control work including parts as follow:

1. control quality of material

with many years of hard working,we build good relationship with our material supplier,most of them are very

famous steel manufaturer,for example,KOBE STEEL(Japan) and BEKAERT(Belgium),with their rich

exprience on steel manufacturing and quality controlling,we are confident with quality of material.Besides,

our quality department also will inspect material with metallography image analyzer before they enter our

warehouse.

2. professional production processes

Until year 2016,all technologists of our tech dep have woked in the spring industry for over 6 years,

they are very familiar with the character of material and our equipments,also can analysis problems from

customer’s feedback and give a solution,with these pratical exprience,one of our technologist even published

paper on industry magazine here.

3. guarantee from manage system

We passed ISO certification since 2005,through training and training,our quality department know

the system documents very well and operate strictly according to system requires.for example,

for inspection,we got first artical inspection,in process inspection and final inpection,every process

can be traced back with the inspection report table.

4. advance equipments
